I recently shared on my social media channels some lovely news about winning a large number of awards in the International Portrait Masters image competition. If you would like to see some of these images in person, make sure you pop down to the Christchurch Baby Expo today as I have a number of these on display.
I enter a few of my favourite images into international awards competitions each year. These awards are judged by recognised masters in the field of portraiture and this is a great opportunity for professional development.
I was delighted to learn that of the 12 images I entered into the International Portrait Masters Awards, 11 of them received a Bronze Award. I am really proud of this achievement as it shows that my work is consistent and at an internationally recognised high professional standard.
Professional photographers from around the world entered more than 9,000 images in these awards and the standard is amazing. I feel very fortunate to be included within this group.
